Owner/Project Manager
Ian Hagan
Ian earned his Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of Central Missouri in 2006. He began his career as a project manager at Septagon Construction, where he successfully completed two significant justice center projects in Taney County Missouri and Cole County Missouri, each project exceeding $30 million. After nearly a decade with Septagon, Ian transitioned to a small family-owned business in the Wentzville area, focusing on expanding their general contracting footprint and custom home building.
Alongside his construction expertise, Ian has a passion for woodworking, creating beautiful custom dinner tables, crafting wood turkey calls, live edge desks and countertops, and other custom furniture pieces.

Alissa, a graduate with a Bachelor in Architectural Studies from the University of Missouri, enriches the design and build process by guiding clients through every stage, from planning to installation. Her enthusiasm for the industry and exceptional problem-solving abilities ensure that each space is distinct, personalized, and meticulously tailored to your needs.
